FAQS
What is the best way to store pralines?
The best way to store the pralines is in an airtight container. Aunt Sally's does not use preservatives in our pralines. For optimum flavor we suggest that the pralines are enjoyed within the first three weeks.
Why are there white spots on my pralines?
The white spots are a natural phenomenon called crystallization. Aunt Sally's does not use preservatives in our famous praline recipe. Crystallization is the sugar turning back into its original crystal form. The process begins the moment we spoon the praline mixture onto the table. For optimum flavor, consume within three weeks.
